At Avolis Recovery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness products. This policy outlines return, exchange, and refund procedures for all products, with special considerations for large or pre-order items such as saunas.
1. General Return Eligibility

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in like-new condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and include valid proof of purchase.

Consumables, accessories, or maintenance products are only eligible if unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Pre-Order & Large Equipment
Due to their size and handling requirements, large items have special return and shipping requirements:

Must be returned in the original boxes, pallet, or crate

Packaging must be properly secured to prevent damage during transit

Customers are encouraged to retain all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period
Important: Returns without original packaging or pallets cannot be accepted. Improperly packaged items may result in reduced refunds or refusal of the return.
3. Condition Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds or exchanges may be refused or adjusted if:

The product is not in its original condition

Components or accessories are missing

Damage or defects were not disclosed during the return request

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

For oversized or specialty items, including large sauna models:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund

A restocking or handling fee may apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling

Additional packing materials or tools may be required for safe return

Standard in-stock items:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

5. Damages and Order Issues

6. How to Initiate a Return

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

7. Exchanges

The most efficient way to receive a replacement is to return the original item first

Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the replacement
8. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the outcome

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days

Refunds may be adjusted to account for applicable shipping, restocking, or handling fees

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
