Pre-Order Items 

• Estimated fulfillment: 6–12 weeks from order date

• Delivery: freight/courier, typically curbside

• Customers are encouraged to pick up at our Hamilton, Ontario warehouse to save on shipping, receive faster handover, and reduce transit risk

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout; we provide the best possible rates

In-Stock Items 

• Ships within 1–5 business days

• Delivery via standard courier

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

Warehouse Pickup (Hamilton)

Pickup is available for all products. Customers selecting pickup will be notified when their order is ready and can schedule a convenient pickup time.
