At Avolis Recovery, we stand behind the quality of the wellness products we offer. This Limited Warranty outlines coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

1. Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is valid from the date of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

  • Repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the product at Avolis Recovery’s discretion

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic changes over time

  • Misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper operation

  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

  • Damage from improper installation or use

  • Electrical issues due to incorrect voltage or surges

  • Damage during transit after delivery

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Avolis Recovery customer support with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue

  2. Provide photos or videos if requested

  3. Ship the product or defective part back if instructed (customers are responsible for shipping to Avolis Recovery unless otherwise stated)

5. Warranty Resolution

  • Avolis Recovery will inspect the product and determine eligibility

  • If approved, we will repair or replace the product, or provide replacement parts

  • Return shipping of the repaired or replaced item will be covered by Avolis Recovery

  • If the claim is deemed ineligible, we will inform you and provide options for repair or replacement at your cost

6. Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by province or jurisdiction.
Avolis Recovery reserves the right to modify or update this warranty at any time without prior notice.
