This soft platform lifts you off the floor and provides extra cushioning for the feet and ankles to maintain a comfortable seated position for longer periods of time. When used with our buckwheat-filled, malleable meditation cushion, you have set yourself up perfectly for long periods of comfortable sitting and meditation.

Care:
Remove cover from the cushions. Machine wash cover in cool water on the delicate cycle. Hang to dry. Do not bleach. Lint Removal Tip: wipe cushions with a latex-gloved hand or a lint roller.
